Electronics Product Development & Custom Plastic Enclosures — From Board to Box, One Team

Bringing an electronic product to life is more than designing a board: PCB + embedded firmware + mechanics + enclosure + tooling + injection are all interdependent. MARG Engineering runs this entire chain under one roof. We are based in Antalya, Turkey and serve customers nationwide and across Europe.

This holistic approach is rare in classic mold shops or PCB-only workshops, and creates a clear advantage — especially for electronic device enclosures: the board and housing are designed to each other, cutting interface errors and iteration time to a minimum.

What we offer

  • Electronics hardware: PCB design (Altium / KiCad), DFM analysis, turnkey SMD/THT assembly — 1 pc for prototypes, 200–2,000 pcs/batch in production.
  • Embedded firmware: STM32 / ESP32 / TM4C / MSPM0; FreeRTOS, Modbus, MQTT, WebSocket.
  • Mechanics + enclosure: custom plastic housing design; aluminum tooling (typically 1,000–2,500 USD) + injection for 50–50,000 parts in real material (ABS, PP, PC, POM, PA).
  • System integration: electronics + mechanics + software concurrently; integrated testing.

Typical project: electronic device + custom enclosure

  1. Concept & DFM — board and enclosure designed together (connectors, display, buttons, mounting).
  2. PCB + prototype assembly — test board produced and validated with firmware.
  3. Enclosure tooling — aluminum mold; T0/T1 trial shots.
  4. Pilot production — board assembly + injection parts together, 50–50,000 pcs.
  5. Delivery + documentation — production files, test records.

Why MARG?

From idea to a testable prototype in about 2–4 weeks. With electronics, mechanics and software in one team, supplier coordination, interface mismatch and delays are eliminated. We work with transparent pricing and honest engineering advice — we tell you clearly whether aluminum tooling (low volume) or steel tooling (high volume) is right.
