Contract CNC Machining — You Sketch, We Draw and Machine
Need a metal part but have no technical drawing? No problem. At MARG Engineering our differentiator is simple: send a sketch, photo, sample or idea — we draw it in SolidWorks and machine it in aluminum or steel on our vertical machining center. That means design + manufacturing under one roof, with real engineering value added. We are based in Antalya, Turkey and serve customers nationwide and across Europe.
What we do
- Reverse engineering & spare parts: we measure an unavailable/broken metal part, redraw and machine it — our strongest area for machine and equipment spares.
- Fixtures & jigs: assembly / measurement / welding fixtures and holding jigs for production lines.
- Brackets, plates, flanges, housings: aluminum and steel connectors, adapter plates, mechanical parts.
- Prototype → low-mid volume metal parts: single and small-batch metal parts for product developers.
Why MARG?
- We do the drawing too (SolidWorks) — no finished technical drawing required.
- Engineering advice: material (aluminum vs steel), tolerance and DFM guidance — honestly.
- One roof: metal parts + plastic injection tooling + electronics + assembly together when needed.
Honest limits
We work to do the right job, not just take the job:
- We do not make turned (lathe) parts — that is a separate operation; we do milling / machining.
- Very complex 5-axis free-form geometry may be beyond our 3-axis envelope.
- Very high-volume series machining is best done by multi-machine shops; our strength is low-mid volume with added engineering/drawing value.

FAQ
I don't have a technical drawing, only a sample/sketch — can you still make it?
Yes — this is our differentiator. Send a sample, photo, sketch or idea; we draw it in SolidWorks, then machine it in aluminum or steel on our vertical machining center. Most job shops require a finished drawing; MARG handles the drawing too.
What materials and part sizes do you machine?
Mainly aluminum and steel/stainless; medium-to-large parts on a 3-axis vertical machining center. Brackets, plates, flanges, housings, fixtures and spare parts are ideal.
Do you make turned (lathe) parts?
No — we do milling / machining on a vertical machining center; turned round parts are a separate lathe operation we do not take on. We tell you the right method honestly.
What quantities can you produce?
From a single prototype to low-to-mid volume. Very high-volume (tens of thousands) series machining is the domain of multi-machine job shops; MARG’s strength is low-to-mid volume work with added engineering/drawing value.
Can you work with customers outside Turkey?
Yes; design and quotation run online and parts can be shipped. All prices are in USD/EUR.
