How It Works? — Level-Controlled Automatic Filling

The system senses the reservoir level with conductivity electrodes; as it empties, it feeds water and concentrate on separate lines and mixes them only in the reservoir (post-mix).

Short answer: The system senses the reservoir level with conductivity electrodes; as it empties, it feeds water and concentrate on separate lines and stops when FULL — mixing happens only in the reservoir (post-mix).

The Cycle

1 · Empty detection

When the level drops below the electrode tip, a fill decision is made.

2 · Filling

The water valve opens; shortly after, the concentrate pump kicks in.

3 · Full → stop

When the electrode bridge reads FULL, the valve and pump switch off.

4 · Emptying

As product is consumed, the level drops; the cycle repeats by itself.

Water and Concentrate Separate, Mixing in the Reservoir (Post-Mix)

Water Concentrate(BiB / tank) water lineconcentrate line does NOT mix in pipes Reservoir MIXES in reservoir(post-mix)

Water and concentrate arrive on separate lines; they mix only in the reservoir. This improves hygiene in the feed lines. Hygiene advantage →

Capacity

It scales for 1-4 reservoirs; each channel is independent. Capacity variations →
