What is an automatic filling system for beverage dispensers?
It is a system that fits onto your existing machine and automatically fills the reservoir under level control.
How is automatic filling done on a beverage dispenser?
A fill-sensing head and a concealed feed unit are fitted to the beverage dispenser; as the reservoir empties, water and concentrate fill automatically and stop at the full level. No manual filling is needed.
Can it be fitted to my existing beverage dispenser?
Yes - it is a retrofit; it fits without replacing the machine and can be removed again.
How does it draw the concentrate - bag-in-box or tank?
Both: from a BiB box or from a tank by a peristaltic pump.
Can I use my own sherbet/syrup?
Yes, you can draw your own product from a tank.
Where do the water and concentrate mix?
Only in the reservoir (post-mix); they do not mix in the feed pipes.
How many reservoirs are supported?
1, 2, 3 or 4 reservoirs.

Why are water and concentrate carried separately?
So that diluted product does not sit in the feed lines: mixing happens only in the reservoir (post-mix), which improves line hygiene.
How does the system stop when the reservoir is full?
When the level electrodes detect the FULL level, the water valve and concentrate pump switch off; as consumption lowers the level, the cycle repeats.
How is the level sensed?
By the conductivity electrodes in the Fill-Sensing Head fitted to the reservoir lid; when liquid touches the electrode tip, the FULL state is registered.
Does it work on machines with 2, 3 or 4 reservoirs?
Yes; 1-4 reservoirs are supported and each channel works independently.
Can it be used in hotels, buffets and restaurants?
Yes; it is suitable for patisseries/dessert shops, hotel buffets, restaurants/cafes, catering and wedding venues.
Does the machine need modification for installation?
A slot is opened in the lid; when automatic filling is not used, it reverts with a blind lid (reversible).
